Join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant, where you will work closely with our dynamic Family Assistant team in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll manage a variety of tasks—from coordinating schedules and handling administrative duties to running errands and supporting special projects. We offer part-time hours that can flex to fit your lifestyle, a hybrid work setup, and the opportunity for additional hours during the holiday season. There is also the potential for a permanent transition to full-time. What You'll Do
You will play a key role in delivering exceptional office administration support to our valued Family Assistants. Your responsibilities will include scheduling exclusive appointments for the Principal(s) and coordinating maintenance for family properties. You'll engage in a variety of tasks, such as organizing receipts, managing special projects like social events and holiday preparations. Additionally, you'll be responsible for building positive relationships with vendors and assisting other household staff as necessary. This position offers you the opportunity to demonstrate your communication skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate for this role should have excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition. Building rapport and fostering strong interpersonal relationships are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, internet research, and product ordering is required, along with some familiarity with Excel. The successful applicant must demonstrate professionalism, pride, enthusiasm, and graciousness in service, as well as self-motivation and effective listening skills. They should be responsible, respectful, dedicated, and dependable, upholding the highest standards of integrity. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and consistent follow-through on daily tasks are crucial. Flexibility in work hours, including the ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary, along with a willingness to take on unusual or unexpected duties, is also expected.

Education and Experience
Minimum High School diploma required; college degree preferred or 2-4 years of related work experience.
