Based in West Michigan, this unique role offers the opportunity to travel both domestically and internationally while working in a dynamic and fun setting.

You’ll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional experiences on the water. From cocktail service and provisioning to vessel detailing and guest support, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every voyage is seamless, safe, and memorable.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule that includes frequent evenings, weekends, holidays, and travel.

What You'll Do
As a Service and Support Specialist, you will provide high-level service aboard various marine vessels, including food and beverage service, interior upkeep, and guest support. You’ll maintain the interior of the vessels to pristine standards—cleaning, organizing, and preparing spaces for guests. You’ll also assist with provisioning, inventory management, and maintaining knowledge of client preferences.

You’ll work closely with the Wakestream Marine team to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. This includes learning and applying yachting skills, supporting special projects, and maintaining marine facilities, vehicles, and properties. You’ll also serve as a backup lead when the Service and Support Manager is unavailable, helping to uphold service standards and team coordination.

What You'll Bring
You are a dedicated and dependable professional with at least three years of experience in food and beverage service. You understand the importance of etiquette, discretion, and attention to detail. You’re eager to learn marine service skills and are comfortable working in and around water.

You are organized, flexible, and take pride in your work. You’re physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and standing for extended periods. A valid passport and basic swimming skills are required. Experience in marine service, detailing, or housekeeping is a plus.
