What You'll Do
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for a private residence’s hands-on care and daily maintenance. You will supervise household operations, manage independent contractors, and coordinate repairs. You will oversee cleaning and landscaping services, ensuring the property is always pristine. Regular maintenance inspections, minor repairs, and arranging for major repairs will be part of your routine. Additionally, you will maintain all mechanical equipment, organize storage areas, and ensure the cleanliness of interiors and exteriors, including automobiles. Your role will also involve grounds maintenance, overseeing gardening, and ensuring the operational readiness of seasonal areas and equipment.
What You'll Bring
You should have prior property management experience and a valid driver’s license to excel in this role. You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in ground maintenance, power tools, and small engines. A general knowledge of household maintenance trades, such as mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, is essential. You should be knowledgeable about landscaping care, including lawns, trees, and shrubs. We are looking for a responsible, dedicated, and self-directed individual with the highest integrity. You should be organized, reliable, and positive in attitude, demonstrating pride in the service you provide. Maintaining confidentiality and collaborating with a team to provide exemplary service is crucial.

- Required to wear appropriate employer-provided safety equipment in performance of job.
