The Opportunity

The Talent Services Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a high-touch, service-driven employee experience from first interaction through onboarding and beyond. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, service-minded professional who is passionate about creating seamless, positive experiences for candidates and employees.

As a key member of the Talent Services team, you will support recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives while ensuring operational excellence, consistency, and a “people-first” approach across the employee lifecycle.

What You'll Do
Recruitment Coordination & Hiring Support
  • Create, post, and manage job opportunities across relevant platforms and within the applicant tracking system
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and recruiting follow-up
  • Support hiring managers and the Relationship Managers with recruitment scheduling
  • Administer pre-employment requirements including background checks, reference checks, drug screens, and assessments
  • Deliver a responsive, high-quality candidate experience through clear, timely, and professional communication
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance recruitment efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for all new employees from offer acceptance through full integration
  • Organize and lead designated portions of employee orientation
  • Ensure completion and accuracy of new hire documentation and compliance requirements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for new hires, providing guidance and support during their first weeks
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the first-day and onboarding experience

Employee Engagement & Experience

  • Partner with internal teams to support initiatives that promote culture, connection, and retention
  • Coordinate and execute employee events, training sessions, recognition programs, and engagement activities
  • Communicate opportunities to drive awareness and participation
  • Manage distribution of tickets and access to company-sponsored events 

Talent Services Operations & Support

  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Talent Services team
  • Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for candidates, guests, and employees
  • Support reporting, research initiatives, compliance activities, and special projects
  • Assist with employee communications, including internal announcements and updates to the employee portal
  • Oversee administrative functions such as mail distribution and office supply coordination
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall service delivery
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Previous experience or internship in HR, recruiting, administration, or customer-facing roles preferred
  • Strong internal customer service mindset with servant-leadership approach, committed to supporting employees and leaders with responsiveness, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • High level of professionalism and discretion; ability to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable interacting with employees and leaders at all levels of the organization
