This role requires extensive experience in the construction industry and the ability to travel frequently. What You'll Do
As the Owners Representative, you will work in partnership with the client to support various phases of design and construction projects. This includes developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring compliance with building codes and quality standards. You will work closely with interior designers, general contractors, and specialty vendors, overseeing multiple real estate projects in various locations.

Your role involves acting as the primary point of contact for the family, providing regular updates, and facilitating communication between all project stakeholders. You will monitor budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within financial limits. Quality control is essential, as you will conduct site visits, inspections, and implement quality control processes. Additionally, you will manage risks, negotiate contracts, and ensure all contractual obligations are met. This friendly and professional role ensures the successful completion of high-value projects.

What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry, focusing on high-end residential or commercial projects. A proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish is essential, along with strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements. You should possess excellent project management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to travel up to 75% of the time, both domestically and internationally. Proficiency in project management software and tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines, are required. Preferred qualifications include experience working on behalf of clients or in a high-end construction environment, professional certifications such as PMP, and multilingual capabilities.
