The Opportunity
This full-time position supports a private household, with primary responsibilities for laundry and wardrobe care and secondary responsibility for housekeeping support. The role requires garment care skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a polished and discreet presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience caring for high-end wardrobes, linens, and household textiles, while also assisting with light daily housekeeping to maintain a refined, hotel-level home environment. This position works collaboratively with the household team to ensure seamless daily operations and impeccable presentation of the residence.

This position will be located at private residences in Winter Park, Florida. The schedule will be full-time, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday with flexibility required for weekends and occasional holidays as needed.

What You'll Do

Laundry & Wardrobe Care:

• Perform daily laundry for clothing, linens, and towels, including delicate and specialty fabrics
• Provide expert care for designer, couture, and specialty garments
• Operate and maintain laundry equipment, including laundry press, hand and rotary irons, and in-home dry-cleaning systems
• Spot treat stains, perform minor mending, and ensure proper garment handling
• Manage closet organization, seasonal wardrobe rotation, and garment tracking
• Pack and unpack wardrobes for travel; ensure garments are pressed, organized, and ready-to-wear
• Receive, inspect, and manage dry cleaning; coordinate with external vendors as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of laundry rooms and wardrobe areas
• Monitor and restock laundry supplies; report equipment or supply needs to the Interior Household Manager
• Change and launder bed linens on scheduled days; iron sheets for primary and guest bedrooms

Housekeeping Support:

• Support daily upkeep of the home to maintain luxury hotel-level standards
• Perform light cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, surface care, and tidying common areas
• Assist with scheduled deep cleaning projects as needed (e.g., cabinets, drawers, windows, fixtures)
• Properly care for high-end finishes, furnishings, and specialty materials
• Coordinate with other household staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Report maintenance or repair issues promptly to the appropriate team
• Ensure safe handling and storage of cleaning products, particularly in child-occupied areas

Additional Duties:

• Assist other household staff in their duties as required
• Maintain open communication with the whole household team
• Carry out special projects assigned by the Interior Household Manager or Chief of Staff

What You'll Bring

• At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar role, including knowledge of laundry, wardrobe management, and garment care with strong commitment to excellence
• Interest in expanding knowledge of garment care, luxury fabrics, household operations, and private service best practices
• Understanding of high private service standards
• Professional, discreet, and detail-oriented with a service-minded approach
• Commitment to confidentiality and maintaining a respectful, calm household environment
• Reliable, organized, proactive, and receptive to feedback with excellent follow-through
• Neat appearance, strong work ethic, and reliable performance

Essential Physical Demands

• Ability to operate and maintain domestic laundry equipment and cleaning tools
• Ability to lift thirty (30) pounds to a maximum height of six (6) feet
• Ability to climb steps and stairs, bend, kneel, and remain standing for extended periods
