We are looking for a passionate and talented student seeking an internship in business information systems or data science. This person will be a valuable contributor to RDV Corporation on our Business Information Services (BIS) Team. The intern will have the opportunity to work on IT data projects throughout the various departments within the organization. This person will work directly with Sr. Application Developers and Data Architects on projects that will utilize their organizational and analytical skills to uncover and resolve inconstancies in data, processes, and workflows. The intern will be trained by Data Architects and Application Developers on Microsoft Power BI at the start of hire.

• Analyze and prepare data for modeling.
• Work with multiple datasets to extract insights.
• Communicate any insights or finding identified within data.

Training & Support

• Test and troubleshoot PowerBI Reports and dashboards to ensure functionality and end-user satisfaction.
• Develop user manuals to assist new and existing end-users with learning data entry and using Power BI reports.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Work with the Data Architects and App Developers to enhance our capabilities
• Assist end-users with data entry and data modification.
• Develop, and deploy analytics solutions to streamline processes that will lead to efficiency gains and improvement of key metrics.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Highly organized and able to sustain a high level of attention to detail.
• An interest in building and operating critical data warehouses, marts, and lakes.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with excellent follow-through.
• Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Currently a junior or senior in an undergraduate program seeking a career in Data Analytics or Data Science.
