The Opportunity
The Executive Office Hospitality Concierge provides administrative support to the Executive Office by coordinating and serving as the on-site contact for all internal and external meetings.

What You'll Do
  • Welcomes all guests, partners, vendors and family members and serves as their point of contact while in the building.
  • Assists with the facilitation and coordination of all meetings and events, including room set up, IT support, food/beverage orders, etc.
  • Maintains the appearance of the executive floors by ensuring cleanliness, stocking supplies, and organizing spaces.
  • Assists with preparing meeting materials, as directed.
  • Assists with administrative duties: scheduling appointments and reservations, checking emails, answering and making phone calls, running errands, and other duties as assigned.
  • Assists with gift giving, including researching, purchasing, and wrapping.
  • Supports Executive Office with business and personal travel arrangements, as well as trip itineraries, as needed.
  • Occasionally supports C-Suite with personal errands, scheduling appointments, and planning events, in coordination with the Executive Office team.
  • Provides general support and assistance to the Executive Office.

What You'll Bring
  • An associate degree in hospitality or 2+ years of equivalent customer service or hospitality work experience preferred.
  • Leads with a servant heart; demonstrates top-level customer service through a ‘no task is too small’ approach. Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail, organization, confidentiality, and follow through.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity, ethics, discretion, and dedication to the mission of the organization.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; database experience preferred.
  • Must be flexible to work an irregular schedule, including evenings, as needed.
