What You'll Do
- Support the design of Lifelong Learning strategy with the goal to drive development and execution of personalized and collective learning solutions to a multi-generational family.
- Manage projects while leading a cross-functional team.
- Lead the development of engaging learning programs with team members including Family members, RDV leadership and outside advisors.
- Develop and maintain key relationships with Family members, RDV leadership, and trusted advisors.
- Oversee the content management plan for an internal facing application aligning with stakeholders needs.
- Lead discussions with Family, IT, and leadership to ensure necessary updates are made to app.
- Display understanding and application of Lifelong Learning Committee programs and experiences.
- Research and share opportunities for Family sharing and learning across a variety of formats including bringing in outside speakers and identifying/providing books/podcasts for group discussion.
- Develop and maintain program related communications.
- Track and report on progress, determine key milestones, analyze, and present program feedback to identify gaps and areas of improvement.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Communications or similar.
- Minimum of seven years of progressive experience in successfully creating learning and development tools, coordinating training, and communication, with three years supervising a team and/or function with excellent development and outcomes.
- Excellent project management skills and driving results with excellent follow through.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral with the ability to interface with a diverse array of audiences and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate strong presentation skills.
- Strong sense of accuracy, quality, and organization. Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong judgment and comfort-level working with confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information, as well as an uncompromised commitment to the highest.
